Vehicle crash near dam with injured person

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders in Harwinton coordinated a rescue for a patient located at the bottom of a dam near Hill Road and South Road. Access to the patient was initially difficult, and the injuries were believed to be serious. Crews eventually reached the patient, and air medical transport was canceled while units continued with a non-emergency response.
