Male, 74, found unresponsive and not breathing at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, hartland Fire and Rescue responded to a possible medical emergency near Hubbard Avenue in Hartland. Reports indicated an elderly male was not conscious and not breathing. Emergency units and a deputy were dispatched to assist.
