Pedestrian struck by car near I-84 exit 48

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported car versus pedestrian collision near a crosswalk by the I-84 westbound exit 48 on-ramp in Hartford. Units later reported they were unable to locate the incident.
