Vehicle reportedly racing at high speed on highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were alerted to a report of a black and white vehicle allegedly traveling at high speed, around 100 miles per hour, on Highway 287 near the Harrold truck stop, possibly heading toward Wichita County.
