Crash with trapped driver and arm injury in Hannibal

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies and medical units responded to a motor vehicle crash on County Route 3 in Hannibal, between County Route 7 and Holly Road. A blue Nissan Rogue was reportedly involved, with one person having an arm injury and initially unable to exit the vehicle due to airbag deployment. The crash appeared to involve entrapment based on an automatic crash notification.
