Person threatened with knife at Hartford Turnpike store

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported knife threat at a convenience store on Hartford Turnpike. A person there said someone pulled a knife on him about 15 minutes earlier but did not take anything and he was calm. No injuries were reported.
