Police stop slow-moving vehicle on Route 128

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers followed a reported slow-moving vehicle northbound on Route 128 near a church and a high school and made a traffic stop near a business on Hamilton Cleves Road. The incident appears to involve a 2003 Pontiac driven by the registered owner.
