Fall victim on blood thinners with breathing difficulty

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and medical units responded to a medical emergency involving an unknown-age man who fell and was not breathing at a location near Main Street. The patient was reported to be on blood thinners and having difficulty breathing, and an additional medic unit was requested.
