Reported ditch fire later found to be weed burning

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a report of a grass fire in a ditch south of the Halsted elevator along Highway 75 in Halstad, Minnesota. The situation was later determined to be city weed-burning, and responding units were canceled.
