Person walking in traffic on West Highway 80

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to reports of a man walking in the middle of West Highway 80 near the Hallsville city limits, where a caller said she almost hit him with her vehicle. Deputies made contact with the man, who was described as barefoot and wearing blue jeans.
