Farmer damages underground utility causing power loss

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports that on or near Mount Warner Road, a farmer apparently struck an underground utility, which may have caused equipment damage and a local power outage. The utility company and another agency were reportedly notified to investigate.
