Cardiac arrest reported at Sycamore Apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS was dispatched for an unconscious person, later updated as a cardiac arrest, at the Sycamore Apartments near Sycamore St in the Haddon Heights area. Additional coordination was required after crews were found to be on the wrong radio channel.
