A vehicle was swerving ahead of the RP, unknown plates on a dark green or black F150 all over the roads, can't maintain lanes. RP cannot see the driver. He does have visual on the vehicle and is willing to sign. We sent this over to Westco as well. This is going to be aired authority our office at 2031.
