A vehicle was riding our bumper and would not go around.

RP pulled over to let them pass and then slowed down and RP got in.

And they started tailgating her.

Then passed RP and cut her off, slammed on the brakes and kept doing that.

RP felt they were harassing her.

There was a 10 min time delay and RP advised that they pulled into the storage units as you 1st come into Guernsey.
