Dogs in dirty yard and one appears in pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were asked to conduct an animal welfare check near Third Avenue North after a neighbor reported multiple dogs in a backyard with heavy feces and one dog, a female pit or boxer mix, with a worsening stomach abscess that appears to be causing pain.
