And what’s even sadder, when these dogs are reported to the humane society, they do nothing about it. They tell you to try to get photos but for what? These dogs are not chained as they should be, a lot of them roam neighborhoods at free will. Greenville county needs to do better!

My 80 year old neighbor was attacked 2 weeks ago. I heard her screaming got the dog off of her it came after me while I was standing over her my husband had to go get its owner. Cops came didn’t ever get our names I had to demand cop to go inside to check on 80 yr old who I got in house she just had back surgery month ago and dog knocked her flat on back on concrete driveway and took chunk outta arm. Cops came didn’t then met ems in road and sent them away saying we didn’t need them and didn’t do anything about dog or owner. This dog is constantly getting out and owner uses it as a sperm bank
