Suspicious drug use reported at TA truck stop showers

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a truck stop near Ocean Road for a report of a man and woman who had reportedly stayed in the showers for over two hours. The caller suspected possible drug use, said the woman appeared pale with a fixed stare, and reported that the man was acting aggressively before leaving in a pickup truck toward Portsmouth.
