As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of two vehicles possibly racing near Woodside Road and Humboldt Road in Green Bay. A driver swerved to avoid them, struck a curb, and is now partially blocking traffic with a flat tire. The involved vehicle was described as a red Ford Edge.
