Woman expresses depression, requests psych ward admission

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible medical and mental health emergency was reported near Michaels Way involving a female who appears to be depressed and wants to go to a psychiatric ward. EMS was dispatched and law enforcement assistance was requested.
