Traffic stop leads to NCIC hit with no extradition

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers complete a traffic stop and later receive information that a checked person has a positive NCIC hit with no extradition. Units then patrol the Matlack Circle area off Scott Avenue to look for the associated vehicle, with earlier contact also made at Kendrick Family Baseball Field.
