Firefighters responded to a trash fire started by a man lighting fireworks and toilet paper on fire in the men's bathroom at the Manzanita Rest Area northbound on I-5. Upon arrival, the fire was mostly out. The man was found sitting on a trash can with a spent firework on the ground. Oregon State Police were en route to investigate.
