Teen female reported unresponsive with intermittent breathing pauses

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS responded to a report of a 16-year-old female who became unresponsive and was reported to stop breathing intermittently for about 20 seconds at a time near Front Street in Grand Tower. Caller reported the patient later became awake and talking.
