Patient's condition declines during transport at ferry dock

As discussed during the dispatch call, a patient being transported by UVM HealthNet appears to be declining near the Grand Isle ferry dock. Colchester Rescue is dispatched for a possible medic intercept. Communication via radio is uncertain.
