68-year-old man with chest pain and right arm immobility

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews responded to a possible cardiac-related medical emergency involving a 68-year-old man at a cafe parking lot near State Highway 23 in Grand Gorge. The patient was reported to have chest tightness and right arm immobility and was found in a white pickup truck. Multiple EMS units, including advanced life support resources, were dispatched to the scene.
