Good evening, this is Metro 737 coming inbound with a 69-year-old female and a 69-year-old female.

Chief complaint tonight is going to be nausea, vomiting, perineal pain, and guarding.

Patient currently is inconsolable.

She is A&Ox1, not answering any of my questions.

She's normally A&Ox4.

Patient does have a history of diabetes.

Her sugar is 100 and forty-five, and that was 2 min ago.

Her vitals are as follows:

she is normal sinus at sixty-five.

I did a twelve lead and there is no ST elevation.

She is currently 100 and thirty-three over eighty-seven.

And she did drop down to about eighty-nine for her ST too.
