Disabled pontoon boat briefly stranded near Grafton

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from the U.S. Coast Guard about a disabled pontoon boat on a sandbar near Grafton, Illinois. The beige pontoon boat with several occupants had stopped for lunch and then reportedly was able to restart and leave the area.
