Pickup truck crash with semi-conscious driver

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a single-vehicle crash near George Washington Highway outside Germantown. A pickup truck went off the road, and the male driver was conscious but appeared disoriented. Fire and EMS were called to assist with a possible medical situation.
