Man with schizophrenia requests return to medical center

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male reportedly left a psychiatric evaluation against medical advice and is requesting to return to the medical center near Ebenezer Church Road. He reports feeling mentally unwell and believes he is being stalked. There are no weapons involved and he is not violent.
