Caller reports man yelling threats outside; caller armed; subject reportedly collapsed

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to a residence near Geneva Circle for a report of a man outside yelling/screaming and making threats. Dispatch advised the reporting party is the one with a handgun and is now inside, while the suspect remains outside. The man reportedly fell to the ground and may have had a seizure, then got back up.
