Pickup truck with trailer blocking eastbound lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were called to River Road West near the (number withheld) block of South Fifth for a pickup truck with a trailer that had become disabled, blocking the eastbound lane. Units provided traffic control until the vehicle was cleared.
