Overturned ATV reported near Alta off-ramp

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a possible overturned vehicle near Alta Street by the highway, initially reported as a sedan on its roof and later described as a razor-style ATV on the tracks north of the Alta off-ramp, with a patient still on scene.
