Elderly man dehydrated and dizzy after heat exposure

As discussed during the dispatch call, a heat-related medical emergency was reported near North Walnut Street at the intersection with West Mill Street. An elderly male appeared dehydrated and experienced vomiting, lightheadedness, and dizziness after working outside.
