Daughter assaults mother and flees near Glens Falls

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported family disturbance near First Street in Glens Falls. A caller reported that her adult daughter, who has a history of mental health issues, became violent, struck her, and left the area, reportedly moving north toward the Glens Falls Bridge and later seen on River Street. Units located the caller and then contacted the daughter nearby.
