We have a report or request for a welfare check. A caller advised they were driving near Lower Sandlick Road by Mattsville Community Church in Sandlick when they saw a maroon Hyundai with a person in the driver’s seat covered by a blanket. The person appeared unresponsive, with the window down though it was raining. The hood was up and jumper cables were attached. The caller said the person moved slightly but did not speak. The caller remained in their vehicle and requested someone to check on the person. Dispatch coordinated patrol and requested EMS to respond to the area for a welfare check.
