Driver in white Honda Civic reported driving recklessly

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a white Honda Civic possibly driving recklessly on southbound Highway 101 near Masten Avenue and attempting to confront the reporting party. The driver was reported to be traveling toward Hollister, and Santa Clara officers later contacted both involved parties.
