I did pass us on to Highway Patrol as well, but we have a traffic complaint about a Red Lincoln MKZ. They were last seen westbound from the Garner Lake exit. The gentleman was described, the driver was described as elderly and his head was dropped down when my complainant passed him. She was concerned either that he might be having a medical issue or something else might be going wrong. She said that he went out of his lane several times. Do have a plate I'm going to read it right now. With a traffic complaint last week into 131, I-90 westbound, 131-I-90 westbound, elderly man driving, his head is dropped down. He's won off the road several times in a red Lincoln, MKV. Plates are going to be 17-county 23730, Wyoming passenger. RPA thinks he might be having some sort of medical problem, and of traffic complaint, 1339[1].
