Man found unresponsive with unknown breathing near Madison St

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call for an adult man reported on the floor and not breathing normally at a location on South Madison Street in Gillespie. CPR instructions were started by dispatch while fire units were requested to assist.
