She advised that she was coming up, Minor Hill Highway, where it switched off, right at the hill above AJ, and there was a male subject driving a gray SUV with temporary tags, probably mid-50s, 5-5 to 5-7. She advised that... Somehow she tried to go around him. They got into a little argument at the top of the hill. He continued to follow her home, locked her in at a church on Donagie Road. She did ultimately pepper spray him and left him in that location. And then she drove around for a few minutes so he didn't follow her home.
