Unknown person seen in backyard on S Navarro

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a welfare concern near South Navarro Street after a reporting party said an unknown person was seen walking in her backyard on multiple days. Officers located a truck nearby that appears to be lived in and suspected the person may be hiding in nearby woods.
