Out-of-control field fire near Gervais farm property

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a high grass and agricultural fire near Mount Angel Gervais Road in the Gervais area. The fire started as a controlled agricultural burn that became out of control, growing to about the size of a football field. Property owners were attempting to contain it with tractors, and no nearby structures were reported threatened.
