Man yells and hits vehicle before speeding away

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller near South Gentry Boulevard by Diamond Rock Run reported hearing tire squealing and seeing a man get out of a brown pickup truck, yell, strike the vehicle, and then drive away at high speed. The incident was reported to have occurred a few minutes earlier near a local highway.
