Parked on a public street? They can park and even take videos if they want to, as long as they are in a public place and not on private property. That was decided by the Supreme Court years ago. I drive UBER, I legally park on a street somewhere a lot, waiting for the next call. The thing that is suspicious is some folks are ignorant of Constitutional rights.
