Reckless driver in red truck on County Road 269

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a reckless driver near County Road 269, involving a red four-door Chevy truck driven by a man who was reportedly doing donuts in the roadway before heading toward FM 1878. A license plate was given but apparently did not return in records.
