Officers conduct welfare check after multiple 911 hang-ups

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched for a welfare check at a residence in Garland after a 911-related call. Radio traffic also noted prior 911 hang-ups associated with the location and included requests to re-contact the caller and check address history.
