Reckless driver reported on Garland Highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies respond to reports of a red two-door Honda Accord being driven recklessly on Garland Highway near Garland, including speeding, passing over double yellow lines, and nearly causing a collision near a bus and another car while traveling toward Clinton.
