As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint about a blue Mazda sedan with (number withheld) reportedly driving erratically and emitting a hot smoke odor while traveling northbound on I-295 near the highway split in the Gardiner area. Units were advised to monitor the vehicle.
