Cow rescue causing traffic issue near bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of citizens trying to rescue a cow that apparently fell off a cliff near a bridge and gravel pit in the Garden Valley area. They requested an officer to assist with traffic control around the scene.
