Elderly woman struggling to breathe at North Trapper Loop

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical responders were sent to a home near North Trapper Loop in Swan Creek for an 86-year-old woman who was struggling to breathe. Radio traffic also reported that she has a wound that might possibly be MRSA.
