Drowning victim reported at Ideal Beach (Bear Lake area)

As discussed during the dispatch call, search and rescue units responded to a possible drowning near the boathouses by Ideal Beach. A helicopter (with dive team) and a drone were requested/assigned, and responders advised they believed they had located a body and requested medical to stage at Ideal Beach for a drowning victim.
