The complaint advised that his 12-year-old son was having an episode was confrontational taking up the couch and had a belt at one point in time. He was starting to confront (name withheld) with it. He said to put the belt down, is requesting or saying that he's on mental off medication that he has previously been to Vista before. Those have a history of being violent.
